Hey there, El Paso County! I'm Ozzie Carrasco, and I am on a mission to be your dedicated Constable for Precinct 4. Allow me to share a bit about my journey – a journey marked by a sincere commitment to our community.

 

Wearing multiple hats, I've served within the El Paso City and County Office of Emergency Management, bringing strategic planning to the forefront. As the Fire Chaplain for El Paso County Emergency Service District #2, I've stood by you during crises, offering support when you needed it most. My role as the Regional Police Chaplain at the West Texas Anti-Gang Center has been about more than just titles; it's been about connecting with you on a deeper level.

 

I'm not just here for the physical challenges; as a Texas Peace Officer and Chaplain, I have learned to address not only the spiritual, mental, and emotional needs during crises or disasters. Serving as a Deputy Sheriff in Multiple Counties, I have gained valuable experience in law enforcement, understanding the importance of community safety.

 

My journey also led me to the role of Police Chaplain with the Socorro Police Department, where I learned the value of compassion in every interaction. Success, for me, isn't an individual accomplishment; it's about building strong and meaningful partnerships. I've forged effective collaborations on the US Southern Border and México with local, state, national, and international organizations.

Now, I want to bring that collaborative spirit with a Multi-Disciplinary Team Approach right here to Precinct 4.

Having served as a Chief Operating Officer and Program Director within multiple Non-Profit Organizations within the State of Texas, I've learned to lead with dedication and foster a positive culture.
